How to Preview in Admin Mode
You have three convenient ways to preview:
- In-Admin Live Preview: Click the 👁️ Live Site Preview tab or the top-bar button to view any page inside desktop, tablet, or mobile frames without leaving the panel.
- Inline Card Previews: Click 👁️ Preview Course Cards in Courses or 👁️ Preview Results in Results for immediate visual feedback.
- New Tab Preview: Click Open Site ↗ in the top-right header to view the live site in another browser window.
Modifying Courses & Fee Structure
Manage programs in the Courses & Fees tab:
- Click ✏️ Edit next to any course to change title, category, eligibility grades, fee note, or syllabus description.
- Click + Add New Course to create a new program.
- All course edits sync instantly to the homepage
#coursesfilter grid.
Updating Results & Counters
Manage achievements in the Results & Achievements tab:
- Milestone Counters: Edit the 4 stats (Years Experience, Students Guided, Improvement %, Top Scorers) and click Save Milestone Counters.
- Student Toppers: Add new high scorers, edit exam percentages, schools, or distinction badges.
Uploading Study Materials & HTML
In the Study Materials tab:
- Upload files (.html, .pdf, docs) or write HTML code directly using the editor.
- HTML files run live inside student browsers.
- Click Launch HTML ↗ to test run any material right from admin.
Publishing Practical Activities
In the Practical Activities tab:
- Publish science labs, math activities, or coding simulations.
- Supports interactive HTML canvases with instant test runs.
Handling Student Enquiries
In the Student Enquiries tab:
- Every submission made via the homepage form shows up with contact details.
- Click 📞 to call or 💬 to open WhatsApp directly with the parent.
- Update enquiry status (New, Contacted, Enrolled, Closed).
Add New Course
Configure learning track details. These changes update the public course catalog immediately.
Add Student Result
Highlight a student's high score, distinction, or board achievement on the homepage.
Upload Study Material to Library
Add notes, worksheets, formula sheets, or interactive HTML simulations for students.
Add Practical Activity / Simulation
Publish a new science experiment, math activity, coding challenge, or HTML simulation.
